Great service! The stylist there were all very friendly & tended to my two kids' cuts. Both were extremely happy with their cutz and are happy to have a great barbershop to go to in future! Great atmosphere and positive energetic people. Thank you & see you for next hair cutz! read more

Zaks Quality Cutz - Zak's Quality Cutz - just behind the Mi Mexico Carnicería - Barbers Near Me - Socastee, South Carolina

It would be very helpful if the hours posted on Zak's website were actually correct ! Drove all the way across town based on the hours posted online, M-F, 8:30- 5:00 pm. Arrived at 1:30 pm to find their shop locked down and a big sign on their door stating "open Thurs-Fri, only !! Thanks for wasting my time and fuel for someone too lazy to change their hours listed on THEIR own website !! But that's OK, I won't waste my time, fuel, or money, on a business that screws-up something so trivial !! read more

I came to Zac's for the first time last Saturday morning. Zac was very professional and sufficiently comfortable to understand how I wanted my hair to be cut. The shop was very clean, no loud music and comfortable. I am extremely happy with my hair cut, the price was very competitive, and I will definitely return in a few weeks for a refresh. read more

this is the worst place i've been i took my kid and they cut his head i had to go to the doctor because it got infected do not recommend!

Been in Myrtle Beach for 4 months on business and FINALLY stumbled upon a barber that actually knows what he's doing. From Sport Clips, Regis, To HesNotHere Cuts...This spot is top notch and does not sacrifice quality for price. Extremely affordable. (On another plus side you wan walk next door and get some tacos lol.) read more

Zaks Quality Cutz is the BEST barber shop in Myrtle Beach! I've been getting my hair cut there for about a year and have been consistently satisfied with the quality and professionalism of this shop. Appointments are always on time. I tried 3-4 other places before I found Zaks and I have to say, no other barber shop does a real fade like this place! read more

Did a great job cutting my sons hair. Had a short wait while 'Zak-the-Barber' finished up three other little ones who, mom tells us, have been going there for years. (The oldest 6 and youngest 2) All very happy! and each one knew right where the treats where coming from upon completion of their 'movie-star' haircuts. My son was excited and Zak sure knows his way around kids. Thanks Zak, From the 'out-of-towners' read more

I've been searching for a traditional barber for over a year now since moving down from Jersey. I decided to try Zak today and finally got the best haircut I been looking for since coming down to Myrtle Beach. Zak is a professional barber and knows what he's doing,at very reasonable price. You owe it to yourself to check Zak out .. read more

Average haircut, kind of meh. Felt sorry for the guy working in such a hole in the wall.

I came here for the first time in June 2020, desperate for a postCovid cut, and this man is an exceptional barber, but an even better human being. read more

Was here in vacation and was very overdue for a haircut. Stopped here randomly while looking for a diffferent shop. Glad I did. Zak gave a great cut and we had good conversation. He also sang to my infant daughter to help keep her occupied. read more

An excellent cut for a great price in a traditional barbershop. Zak is a gentleman and a skilled barber who has been cutting hair for 40 years- and it shows in the results. I was in town for vacation, and overdue for a haircut- and came away with one of the best haircuts I've had in a long time. I've paid twice as much for an inferior cut in a salon, and $10 more from a major national chain Don't get a bad haircut from a "hair butchery" chain. Go see Zak, in his one-chair shop, and get a real quality cut. (The location is on the around the side of a small strip mall. Don't let the taco places put you off- you're not paying for scenery, you're paying for haircuts.) read more

The barber I had for years in Myrtle Beach retired a few years back and I've been jumping around from place to place trying to get a decent haircut. I've gone to some of these so-call expert chain sport places, independents & salons and never been satisfied. It's not because I'm fussy it's because I have thin grayish hair and it isn't easy to get the cut even and get a good looking haircut at the same time. Well I decided to try Zak's yesterday and boy I'm glad I did! This man can cut hair just like the other reviews said it's true! He gave me one of the best haircuts I've had in years and made me a believer that he is the best and has me sold as a new customer! I recommend Zak so don't cut yourself short with these other wannabe barbers in the chain places! read more

Great guy from jersey! Does an amazing cut. $17 for style cuts! You get what you pay for. Come here if you want to look fresh and clean.

I am new to town and went for a haircut based on the reviews. Believe me, this guy can cut hair. He is personable and professional and does a great job tightening everything up. The shop is clean and cozy and inviting. Zak is my new barber. My hair looks better than the cut my barber back home gave me and I've been going there for twenty years. I honestly can't wait for my next cut Thank you Zak! read more

This man is rude to women and children. He can't cut hair. I was always polite to him, tipped him well and referred my family and friends to his shop. That was until he was rude to my child. Although I was shocked, it's not that big of a loss for me his haircuts weren't good, he was just close to my house. read more

I came in Zak's by chance and was so glad I did. Zak is a pleasure and he can cut some hair too. I will definitely be back!

Open 7 days a week, great place, great haircut. I moved away to Wilmington a few months ago and every time I'm back in the area I stop by to get a hair cut. He gets it just right each time! read more

Awesome haircut! Thanks Zak for the quality cut. Keep up the good work.
