Power washing yearly must fall to rookies. The first year, they blew the trim off the eves. Then, we needed the brick molding around a device door replaced. Instead of replacing like we paid for, Jon's uncle spackled and painted instead. Then, the second years power washers blew the trim off the eves again. So earlier this summer Jon calls me up and says he needs to do the maintenance coat. He wants $5,000 for it and says we need to do it for the warranty. That's the first he ever mentioned a warranty and guess what, we called the manufacturer and there is no such thing. Jon had no response to the 3 year versus 5 year either. So, we asked him to come out and do the power washing while we tried to find the money. In the mean time I asked him to fix the eve he blew off and to look at the shoddy job his uncle did. He said he'd be there "Monday." That was 3 weeks ago and he's never called and never responded to an email.
