They did get the roof done within a quick turn around, but there has been no follow up on the job or communication. I just think there is a better company out there to replace roofs with a bit more to offer for the customer experiance.

I've had 5 homes sided in my lifetime, late in 2020 I needed my home sided, so I contacted ABC…read moreSeamless for an appointment, Josh came to my home to discuss ABC line of products and what ABC gives their customers, needless to say, I was very impressed with their products and with Josh, he was very kind and I could feel the integrity in him. things we discussed was the quality of the siding that ABC installs and when they could start and finish the installations, I knew of ABC Seamless for some time, I called them so I knew that I was in good hands but the thing I did not know was that ABC was the manufactures of their siding, meaning that ABC has total control of their product meaning (No Discontinued Siding Products) in over 40 years. On the day promised I met the workers everyone was great, as their team started to work on my home I watch them as they worked, I went back into my house and told my wife these guys work as a total team and I was Impressed in what I had seen, It appeared that all of these guys were professional in what they were doing, from start to finish they worked together like a well-oiled machine, The job they started and finished was impressive and I must say that I am more than satisfied, I bought other contractors over to see the job that ABC Siding just completed and they simply said this is a very nice job, and likewise said the Inspector, bottom line the integrity of Josh and his professional team made it right! even going over and beyond when faced with unexpected issues, When they were done they took away their tools and trucks and cleaned up my property, so I stepped back away from the house, I was able to see that "This was not just a siding job, It's An Investment" I would certainly call and recommend Josh and his team again and again. Matt came out at the exact time he scheduled with me and provided extremely helpful guidance on what to replace, etc. He never tried to oversell me anything, only what I needed. He did not cut corners, and provided a lot of additional fine tuning and enhanced gutter stability that was beyond what is the industry standard. His company is professional, helpful, honest, ethical, hard working, and friendly. If every contractor I ever hire is to this quality, I will be a very happy home owner. Timeline: 08/01/2025: Quote was sent, and Jake was told that we were going to pay first week of September. 09/04/2025: Deposit was paid, reached out to Jake to try and schedule. 09/12/2025: Finally got a response was told crew will be there in "the next few weeks" 10/06/2025: Told end of this week. 10/11/2025: End of week turns into Monday the following week. 10/13/2025: Jake texted rescheduling again. 10/14/2025: another reschedule, due to rain he said was coming, but I couldn't find on any weather forecast. 10/15/2025: rescheduled because it was windy and it would have been just Jake which he promises he will have tomorrow. 10/16/2025: Jake makes his first contact seeing my house in person, and despite being told on the phone that all my facia boards are rotten out and need to be replaced. He then tells me that he can't do anything that day because another team needs to come out and replace the facia boards before he can do the gutters but offers to refund my deposit back. It is now 11/17/2025, and I still don't have my refund, and cannot seem to get any alternative for sending my money back to me, like a check. I have been reaching out to Jake consistently just trying to get my $1,800 back so that I can continue getting my gutters done this year but given how long this entire process has taken to accomplish nothing. I'm starting to understand that this entire experience I've had is just a lesson to never go with a company that you have to fight to communicate with. Although I think Jake is doing his best, I have never felt less seen by a company that is supposed to share my dream of completing of my home. I would not recommend this company to anyone, if I could go back in time I never would have given them my money. UPDATE: Refund has been received 11/17
