MoMA was his client at the time we were neighbors. I can't even believe someone wrote this about him - so I am sticking up for my friend and neighbor here because one negative voice should not drown out positive ones. All of us (neighbors) knew him as a perfect gentleman and he would never speak to anyone as described.

Today I found the best of the best on the Upper West Side!! I was in need of an "emergency" floral…read morearrangement to brighten the day of someone important to me. The fact that is midday on the 4th of July and well not sure what will happen.......I checked a couple of websites and mad a call or two. All no answers.......until I called Valerie Chase with Citibouquet. Valerie was actually enjoying the day...but stopped to listen to my story. After chatting for few minutes, Valerie said to me..."you know...let me see what I can do for you......I'll have to fun out and see what I can find, but I think I can help." And help she did!!! Just an hour later Valerie called to tell me she had created a beautiful display and would hand deliver it in about 30 or so minutes. And to her word......it was done. I received a text picture of the beautifully designed arrangement and word that we had brightened the day of my someone. Valerie went out of her way for a random caller in need of her services on a holiday.....a day that was for fun not work. My expectations were beyond exceeded....were blown away. Thank you Valerie. Everyone I know and they know will hear your name and know your business.

These people ruined my sister's wedding. My sister spent a long time carefully selecting her…read moreflowers. The day of the wedding, however, these people brought completely different flowers than the one my sister had selected. Additionally, the flowers they brought were drab, lifeless, and wilted. Take a look at the attached pictures and judge for yourself. Finally, they failed to set everything up on time despite having advance notice, so we had to delay the entire wedding for around 45 minutes to an hour for them to finish setting up. If you want your wedding ruined, pick these guys. If you want your wedding to go well, pick someone else. Afterward, they were completely unrepentant and unapologetic about it. When my mom left a negative review, they threatened legal action if she didn't take it down. Well, I'm not scared of their threats. If you guys want to sue me, reach out and I'll give you my address so you can effect service of process. I would *love* to litigate the accuracy of this. EDIT: the owner has responded claiming that this review is not true, but the pictures speak for themselves. She is lying. Imagine what else she is lying about. The owner doesn't even know me - we've never interacted and she's never heard my name. Message me if you would like more information. Do yourself a favor - read through her reviews. Many of them are positive, but quite a few are negative - I'm not the only one saying this. Finally, look how often she calls people liars, unstable, immoral, etc. when they complain about her. Ask yourself this: do you want to be the one she's one day calling an unstable, immoral liar on here after she screws up your own wedding? This is how she talks about the people who complain when she drops the ball and ruins a wedding. Maybe one day it'll be how she talks about you. Rachel, if you're reading this: if I'm really slandering you, then sue me. I will give you my address so you can file the lawsuit and serve me with process. But you're not going to do that, because you don't actually want these allegations adjudicated in court, because you know that they're true and you would lose.

I was closely examining the plants to see which I wanted to buy, and the man asked if I needed help. He let me take my time examining the flowers before I purchased one. He offered a small discount. They take card. There are plants inside and outside. The large orchid I ended up buying had healthy roots. He helped prune a little and water it before giving it to me. For large orchids, he mostly had white ones.

One thing that was especially important to me was avoiding greenery in my arrangements, and Laura completely understood my vision. She welcomed my input, made thoughtful adjustments, and never made me feel like I was being too particular. Instead, she made me feel heard and supported every step of the way. One of the things that made the biggest difference was being able to visit her flower shop and see mock-ups of the floral designs in person. Laura took the time to create sample table settings with the flowers and candles so I could visualize exactly how everything would look on the wedding day. Seeing the arrangements come to life in person was invaluable and gave me so much confidence in the design. My request: An arrangement suitable for a bride-to-be who loves Alexander McQueen Carolyn took great care with my order and took the time to ensure the finer details were correct (style, card message, name spellings), and she was very personable as well. In short, Carolyn provided great customer service. Not only was the floral arrangement beautiful (see photo), Laura Clare Floral Design stayed within the budget I gave them, and they delivered on time. FYI -- Other florists in the area have great Yelp reviews as well, but you'll quickly find they are simply reselling the same Teleflora arrangements. Note: They're closed on Sunday and Monday (no deliveries on these days)
