I went to return/exchange it and they claimed there was no way. That their magic tissue paper doesn't bleed. And it was the wrong color. She pulls out their tissue paper and puts it next to the stain and it's literally the exact same color. Apparently her manager said there is no way that happened. I was pulling up my receipt and it was clear they were in no way willing to help me resolve my issue. My $70 sweater with their tags still attached is ruined - clearly didn't have the stains when I bought it and after being wrapped in their tissue paper for a few days, it did. I said, it doesn't appear that you're going to do anything as she was hiding in the room talking to her manager on the phone about it. And so I was sent away with a brand new sweater ruined by their "non bleeding" magic tissue paper. Every store in laguna carries the same products so I will for sure be giving my business to another one.
