The drivers are usually quite friendly and easy to deal with and the fares are quite good compared to some other places in town. They drive quite safely, although they can get there a bit faster if you ask! I've used them on many an occasion after a night out and you really can trust them. The waiting room can be a bit grotty but at least you get to take shelter from the cold on a winter night.

Was not happy was stick in manchester airport for 2 and half hours being fobbed off by the company telling us he was in the airport looking, when he was actually somewhere on the motorway wouldn't if minded if we knew as we could of gone to get something to eat while we waited instead of walking all around trying to find him and he wasn't there. Apart from that mishap never had any other problems,and i would use this service again because its a good price.

Doesn't usually take too long to get a taxi, although be prepared to queue in the cold for a while if you go at a busy time, such as when the clubs are closing. All in all I would probably have to say that they offer the best value for money taxis and a safe way to get home.
