I wanted a new holster, they asked me what I carried, a few moments later they had all the holsters that fit my firearm laid out on a counter for me to try. It was a small purchase, but the customer service was excellent nonetheless. I actually priced the item once I returned home, and the online price was nearly identical to the stores price (like within two bucks). I will be returning to purchase more in the near future. Thank y'all.

This place is a F'n joke!! Today was my wife and I's anniversary and wanted to use the range before…read morewe went out to dinner. Called before we left to confirm the range was open. Was told yes, but need to be there before 6pm and the range was closing at 630p (even though their website says 7pm). Drive 40 minutes and arrived at 550p. Clown at the desk, Conner, denied letting us shoot bc, and I quote, "I have too much to do before we close and I have to sweep up the brass." Told him we drove 40 minutes to get here after calling to confirm. He couldn't care less, didn't issue any sort of apology and walked away. Asked to speak to the manager. Some complete slob named Owen walks out and also couldn't care less. Typical gun store attitude. Stay away from this place and these clowns. Read the actual customer reviews on here and you'll know what I'm talking about.

I don't know if they actually had the boat as they said but after waiting through 2 days of in process an continued a follow up call and missed promises, I called to cancel. I can live with things going wrong on the purchase side and fulfillment side but be a damn decent human being and honor painless returns. No I don't want a store credit. I want my money back. Right now I have zero respect for anyone who would participate in such a terrible customer experience. Based on my experience, the return process seems designed to try and cheat customers.

They took the time to research the specific dimensions of the product I wanted installed, consulted me on what changes I could expect from the firearm when it was complete, and got it done. It was a friendly and secure environment and to my knowledge the staff and owners are all veterans with years of experience with firearms. Can not recommend stopping by enough, check out what they got and see if they can get you that next gun or get some work done to your last firearm.
