I wouldn't recommend Young and Young Security. They were called in to fix an intercom system which only remained fixed for a couple of months. They refused to accept that their work hadn't been done properly and identified a different cause for the new problem. After the engineers had left for a second time, having dismantled part of the locking mechanism on the door, no one could leave the building as they hadn't checked that the lock was functioning once they had reassembled it! To their credit, an engineer came back quickly and returned the lock to it's original condition. This was a Friday evening, a time was agreed for them to return Monday morning to replace the entire lock. No one turned up Monday and I received an email later that day saying that Thursday was the earliest an engineer could come and that they didn't have the lock parts in stock anyway! They were totally unconcerned on the phone about the situation and made it clear they didn't care if we went and used someone else. Bad quality of service and bad customer services.
