I've been receiving regular medical massages from Younhee since last year to help manage body pain…read morefrom a chronic illness, and every session has brought me relief. She truly seems to have a magic touch. Whenever I mention a specific area that feels painful or tight, she carefully focuses on it, and I always leave feeling noticeably better and looser than when I came in. She has become such an important part of my healing journey, and I'm incredibly grateful to have found her. I've tried other massage therapists before, but the pressure was often either too light or too intense, sometimes leaving me sore for days afterward. Younhee consistently gets it just right. She is compassionate, skilled, attentive, and highly highly recommended.

I was charged sales tax on a massage...I have never paid sales tax on a massage and the State of Washington does not require a service type business to pay sales tax. When I asked her why it was more than what is says on their sign, she said it was sales tax. Then she said the tip wasn't large enough, WTHey? So she took the additional $7 and added it to her tip (now a $12 tip), honest...she said this to me. 3 days later I received a text stating they wanted to give me a refund of $20... I thought it was due to this review, but I hadn't posted it yet, I thought I did. I did not go in to receive the refund. I do not like green eggs and ham. I would NOT recommend this place. The rooms are quite small and have a cloth curtain as a door. All in all it was a very funky experience and I will not be going back. If you choose to go there, bring an extra $15 for a tip.

Once she came in, she would start and stop massaging periodically and leave the room. I'm pretty sure the door was left open during those times. She also answered the phone during my massage scheduling someone else to come in. About 20 minutes in, she tapped me on the shoulder and said she was busy and they were going to have someone else come in. When she left the room, she definitely left the door partially open because I looked. I'm lying there with the the blanket pull down my back my back and the door is open.
