Been to this place ever since I can remember. Owned by Mr. Bong Suda (R.I.P), he used to be the head chef of Kukai Japanese Restaurant before, but he eventually left and decided to open his own restaurant instead. The owner, Mr. Bong Suda (R.I.P) is one of the pioneers in Japanese cuisine here in Cebu. He has been one of the best Japanese chefs in Cebu. From what I hear, he is highly regarded and praised by other Japanese chefs and people here as he is the one who basically started the trend(Japanese cuisine) and make it boom. Ever since Mr. Suda was gone, his son decided and currently is in Japan doing some studying/training in order to follow in his father's footsteps. His wife, Mrs. Carmen Suda, is the one who manages the restaurant while his apprentice is the one cooking for the restaurant now. I have to say, he has done quite an excellent job teaching and training his apprentice. The food is just as good and has been consistent. The quality and taste is still there.
