My wife had a wisdom tooth that was giving her all types of pain and when she couldn't bear it anymore, we decided to look around for a specialist that could help her. Due to the fact that our funds are low, we were turned away by several dentist offices in Yuma. I called Sam Carroll's office one morning and they took her in within that same hour. They were able to work out a great payment plan that suited our funds, and now she is coming here regularly. The technology and the service they provide is top of the line. The staff are incredibly awesome and friendly. The equipment and the rooms they work in are clean and sanitized. The dentist called us the next day to see how my wife was doing. I have been to Dr. Carroll several times. He has gone out of his way to help me through. During one of my visits I had an injury to my arm and Dr. Carroll went out of his way to STOP the the dental service to allow me to sit up and deal with the discomfort of my arm, which was much more painful than what the doctor was doing! Twice I have had to have an urgent appointment, and the Doc's team made it happen. Thank you to all at Dr. Carroll's office. The Doc's crew is great. They are knowledgeable and answer all my questions about anything in the office. They even listen to me ramble. P.S. The doc has all the coolest new tech in the office. Glad I found this dental office! Military relocate us to yuma and i was worried about finding a good dentist until I read the reviews for Dr. Carroll on Angies List! Glad I did! He is as great as advertised. Vey comfortable from the initial phone call to the moment I walked in his office. My two kids (4 and 6) had never been to the dentist before and he made them feel relaxed. They had a great time. He is extremely gentle and kind, good at explaining things to me so I understood. Highly recommend him and his office. Have not looked at our yelp in so long! But saw my first review and my family is continuing care with Dr. Carroll. I was super nervous in visiting a Dental Office since I hadn't in years. Dr. Carroll and his entire staff made my visit easy as pie! Very professional office, up to date with latest technology and equipment, clean, friendly, courteous, and helpful. I was admitted right at my scheduled time. My x-ray and cleaning procedure from the dental hygienist was thorough and painless! She did great! Her and Dr. Carroll give excellent advice and education regarding issues encountered during the dental procedure. They are also good listeners and value what you have to say. First off, I was late to my appointment and the office staff called and reminded me. Even though I was late, there were no late fees and they held my spot. Quality. They use technology effectively to explain what is going on with your dental health. The person cleaning my teeth told me before hand everything she was going to do. She didnt ask leading questions while she was working. I can't imagine anyone likes to hear garbled speak while working. Dr Carroll came in afterwards and made some good recommendations. In the past I never did like dentist visits. I usually tried my best to avoid going. When going to an appointment at this office I feel so welcomed like I am visiting a group of friends. They are friendly, understanding, always professional, and most importantly perform excellent dental services. This makes me motivated to go as often as recommended and put my families dental hygiene as a priority as it should be. I have been looking for a good dental office and as my past experience with Mexico had been my worst decision i ever made. I was referred by my boss and she was right. Best decision i ever made and what a big difference. I haven't had this experience since I started going back in the 90's here in the USA. I was in trouble,,,either a loose crown or tooth,,,,phoned Dr.Carroll's office and talked to Natalie. I was taken in first thing the next morning and found that it was a broken tooth inside the crown. Natalie was extremely comforting ( i am a very nervous patient) and explained everything as it was being done. Dr. Carroll was very supportive, and talked me thru it as he did the extraction. The 32nd Street dental office is the only dental office I have actually enjoyed visiting. It was that way years ago with Dr. Wilhelmy and. Dr. Clark and now Dr. Carroll is maintaining that great tradition of a friendly, hospitable and professional environment. Claudia, Natalie, Jill and Hector are all personable and professional. Dr. Carroll listens to the patient and works with the patient in developing a treatment plan to reflect the patient's situation in life and that is very much appreciated. Excellent Dentist! My family have been going to Dr. Carroll for the past year and have had no problems with him or his office. He has been very kind to my wife and I, and my kids love him! My husband and I both go to Dr. Carroll. We have found that he is much different than other dentists we have tried in Yuma and Washington state. His office staff is very helpful in understand insurance and costs of any appointment coming up! Dr. Carroll continues to update the technology. Last time in he has a new 3D printer for teeth! This is a great dental office. The staff are all very friendly! I feel like I can trust the hygienist and dentist because they don't try to talk me into services I don't need-like some of the large corporate dental offices. The hygienist, Jill, is very friendly, professional and seems to know her stuff! I was able to get an appointment right away and they worked with my schedule, instead of the other way around. My wife called for my toothache, and the staff was able to get us in the same day. They did not even make us wait in the lobby. Customer service is superb at this office. Met the doctor, he was very kind and gentle. Explained my situation using colorful photographs of my mouth and allowed me to be part of the decision of what to do with my toothache.
