This shop is the best in the county if not the country, can't find better atmosphere, better customer service or better skilled barbers anywhere and trust me I've looked! I would not recommend this place to anyone in Yulee. They have a good couple barber for sure but be honest about the price . My haircut cost me 85 dollars because the barber was just up charging me on everything. I paid for the services but he wasn't being honest about the price . First time customers. My regular barber was out of town. He only charge me 35 bucks for the same thing. I would not recommend at all . Make sure to ask how the price of your haircut will cost . read more

so came here for the first time and i had about 6 inches of hair and i asked this one lady to thin it out a bit because my hair grows in thick and to keep most of the length and my hair ended up thinner than a paper plate and i basically had a buzz at the end, my brothers also came here asked for the same thing and got their cuts done by an old asian guy who for one looked like he had never cut hair before and made them look like eminem when he buzzed his hair, they also have similar hair to mine, I also had a friend come here and he was cut by the same lady i was and he had long hair about a foot of hair he told them just to clean it up and he ended with his hair all uneven and messed up. so in short this place should be shut down or they need to get real barbers. Want a great haircut? Go to any other barbershop. Shout out to the female barber who wasn't offended when I asked for a male barber and didn't assume that I questioned her skills. As for the disrespectful, small, african American man, who got offended on her behalf and told me he won't cut my hair because he was done for the night, just to find out when I called back over the phone a minute later that he WOULD take me not knowing I was the same guy: You do your profession a disservice. Mind your business, and if you own this business, learn how to treat potential customers. I have very personal reasons as to why I only let men cut my hair, and I did not insult anyone then, or make a big deal of anything, just calmly asked for a male barber. You should have honored that request instead of getting upset for someone who wasn't upset themselves because they're more emotionally mature and understanding than you. read more

New to Yulee, I was ordered to sign in when I walked in by a kid half my age. All young guys, who have no clue about old fashioned barber customer service. They started talking about time limits on the customers they had in the chair, and that they'd have time for me. So, they were, clearly, quantity over quality minded, and didn't care that their customers were hearing this crap. Not sure why this doesn't have better reviiews, albeit this was my own personal experience. Took my son here for his very first cut and it was a great experience. Will cut his hair and was very patient with my two year old. He made sure to explain why we shouldn't cut too short or close to his skin. And took time to catch the first strands that were cut off my son's head, which we appreciated as it was a sentimental moment. The shop was clean, had a cool vibe. Also appreciate the Sunday hours since not everyone has time during the week to get a hair cut. read more

This is not my first bad experience. I booked a 1pm appointment for my son to get his hair cut. His appointment didn't start until 1:50 maybe even closer to 2. His barber DID NOT SHOW UP until 1:45. I called to complain as I was not there personally (his grandfather took him) and I was told "she was stuck in traffic" Okay- flash forward to him checking out (at full price $35 for a kids cut which is wild to begin with) she said "sorry i was late- I volunteer at a church on Tuesdays and didn't have wifi to see what time it was" ARE YOU KIDDING ME? How unprofessional. So, I got some fabricated story about traffic on the phone to turn around and find out she was late because she's unprofessional. Not a single person in the establishment notified him that she was running late or even offered any type of in person apology. (The manager was there at check in and KNEW she wasn't there and still didn't say anything) They make sure you book with your card on file however- so if that was me stuck in traffic.. I mean volunteering I surely would've been charged. I asked to speak with a manager and she takes lunch from 1:50-3:30 so expect to get no results. They have 2.7 stars for a reason... read more

So the reason for a 3 star, the fade was great at first but when I came home i noticed hard lines that I had to touch up, the other thing I showed the barber a video of what I would like and I didn't want much off the top just some texturizing, the barber cut a lot off that I didn't request WITH A TRIMMER, excuse was because he didn't want my hair to have short and long hair but yet now I look like I'm from the military, what's the point of showing a video of what I want if your gonna do it your way, I don't think it's worth paying $35 for a haircut that I could of gotten a better one from great clip and it's no offense to any barber/hairstylist, I chose a barber for a reason because of the professionalism and style of hair that they're able to cut but was disappointed read more

The front desk receptionist was rude and loud. Just because she is the receptionist there is why I will never go back as far as the barber he was decent. My son's fade and line up was not the best I even had to have him fix the line up and it still wasn't crisp. Overall the reason why I wouldn't go back is because of the receptionist. I went for a hair cut, and choose the mid fade zero the website and price there says 23$, nothings was done the top as my request, I asked to be "V" on the back, the lady cut and after I see the v was all the way down I asked to make it higher the lady gave a face but did, at the end she charged me total price 50$ I included tip even she giving me the face, because she did. Needed a haircut while I was in town since I wouldn't have time to get one once I got back to San Diego. I called to see if I could get an appointment but was told they had none BUT I could come in and they would take care of me. True to their word they did!! Waited 10 minutes and Alicia took me between appointments. I told her how I usually have my haircut and she did an outstanding job. Lovely young lady and great conversation. To start, nobody is wearing masks.. i would prefer someone who is directly breathing on my child to have a mask on.. Walked in 1 hour and 15 minutes BEFORE closing.. one girl checked her watch and stomped her foot.. okay maybe wasn't related to us but after 15 minutes go by nobody acknowledged us and one barber was just standing in the back talking.
