The atmosphere is warm and inviting and so is the staff. My massage therapist spoke some English and took the time to find out what I wanted in my massage, such as pressure, etc. I booked the 1.5 hr creatif massage. After the excellent massage, I was offered tea and a shower. There was no rushing or feeling that I had to hurry up. Very nice spa and excellent massage.
