Yeah. That's RAD. Anyway, RAD first tried to contact Mike's Liquor, which is the closest hole-in-the wall store to our house. However, the person who answered the phone at Mike's was an idiot who couldn't grasp the idea of someone paying for booze over the phone and then having someone else come pick it up. As a gift. On Christmas. Bemused and undeterred by the seemingly retarded salesperson at Mike's, RAD then decided to do a google search for MOJAVE DESERT BOOZE (or something to that effect). Hello, Star Market! It's even got the word Liquor in it's name! Long story short, RAD reached the awesome person at Star Market who not only immediately grasped the whole surprise/gift/booze thing that RAD was trying to do, but got really excited about it and gift wrapped the booze gifts for us. Super cool. My husband got the call from RAD, drove to Star, procured the Booze, and called all our friends to come over and share in the festivities. Just kidding. We don't have any friends.
