Then they started to participate to The Fork program, through which they'd apply a fixed 20% rebate on the total bill. More people means more food turnover, the risk of eating old fish decreases. So we gave it a try last night and our opinion turned around 100%. Everything we ordered was fresh and well presented. Sashimi was lean, sweet and fresh. My fav seaweed, sunomomo with jap vinegar was perfect, seared salmon was excellent. Sushi rolls and nigiri out of this world. The place is not big but by the time we left it was fully packed.
