Prompt, Polite, Professional, and Very Good at What They Do…read more I called KTH with an urgent plumbing situation at 06:00 during the recent snowstorm. Unlike other service companies that claim to be 24/7 and are not, KTH not only answered the phone, they were helpful and cheerful and polite too. At my home they were considerate and neat, and offered a follow-up if it were not fixed correctly. It was fixed correctly, so no follow-up was needed. I recommend KTH wholeheartedly.
