I needed my apartment cleaned for moving out. The lease required professional carpet cleaning and,…read morefor pet owners, the addition of flea treatment and carpet deodorizing. The standard "clean all surfaces thoroughly" lines typical to any lease were also present, but they were not required to be done professionally. As I was shopping around for carpet cleaning I discovered ADCS, and their quote for just the carpets alone was better than other quotes I had received. When I asked if they could do the flea treatment and deodorizing, the answer was yes, and the pricing was also very reasonable. Finally, I had ADCS clean the entire apartment for a fraction of what I would have expected to be charged for it. This made my moving out significantly less stressful. For reference, I dealt with Calvin. He was friendly and helpful. He showed up for a walk through the day after I spoke with him on the phone to give me a quote. He also came by to get the key from me when I was moving out, so that the cleaning could be done after I left. After moving out, my old landlord contacted me to say that "the cleaning company you hired did a nice job." I'm not sure what more you can ask for.

There were crumbs on the counters and on the stove, the backsplash of the stove was greasy, no smell of bleach or cleaning supplies at all. We ended up having to pay a cleaning fee to the landlord because they had to bring in another cleaning crew after we moved out. I tried to call/text/email to get an explanation, but nobody responded to anything. They were very quick to respond when booking and before cleaning, but impossible to reach when there was an issue.
