You will always see that throughout the day, they are checking to see if there's fresh coffee for you and there's a toaster so you can toast your bagels. You will be coming 6AM, so you won't have time to get food, snacks, coffee in the morning unless you are a morning person or pre-prepared. They provide lunch too, which has been Subway sandwiches and pizza. Can't complain, they don't have to do that. It's a personal touch compared to other schools. It saves me time and money. If you don't like it, you have an hour to get lunch somewhere. You'll take breaks in the backyard, and sometimes they play music and it feels like a kickback hangout. Care is a fantastic teacher, she's funny and can be very snarky... She teaches at a reasonable rhythm, so if you're not following along, she'll call you out. She is very thorough and she knows her sciences: anatomy, chemistry, biology, physiology.... The materials covered, Care emphasizes the important stuff not just for the test but for you TO DO when you're working. Phlebotomy was a breeze... You get hundreds upon hundreds of practice questions for your state/national boards exam, which can be long and grueling, but Care makes it lively. And parking is awesome.

They require full payment upfront, and after I booked, I exchanged numerous emails with them to confirm my lifeguard reservation. I was repeatedly assured that they had plenty of lifeguards available in my area and that there would be no issue providing coverage for my event. The day of my daughter's 8th birthday party, the lifeguard was a complete NO-SHOW. Many of our guests attended specifically because they were told a lifeguard would be on duty around the pool. Not only was this a major safety concern, but it was also incredibly embarrassing. I felt like I had misled my guests, despite doing everything possible to confirm the service beforehand. If you are planning an event and need a dependable lifeguard service, I would strongly encourage you to think twice before booking with this company. My experience was extremely disappointing, stressful, and unprofessional.

This is incredible for us, as she is usually extremely attached to me and won't even go to my husband or parents, who have been her primary caregivers for three years. Seeing her so eager to join her teachers is incredibly bittersweet, but it assures me, without a doubt, that she's truly happy there. I am forever grateful to the teachers and staff who have created such a joyful environment for her. Her teachers, Ms. Ani and Ms. Mariana, have helped Juliet grow academically at an impressive pace. Her speech and social skills have also improved tremendously. The owner, Ms. Arpi, has created an amazing atmosphere for the kids, sparing no expense. Every holiday--even Election Day--is taught and celebrated in ways you wouldn't believe. Other teachers like Ms. Temin, Ms. Marine, and Ms. Varsik are also incredibly welcoming and warm. Juliet eagerly runs to them, and they are always excited to see her. Also, she has FINALLY started to eat home cooked meals and I think that's because she's been enjoying it there. Tl;dr we're not coming back with our younger children…read more I would give this place 1 star except for one reason. Pro: * Coach Ella is an AMAZING teacher. When we switched from Group to Private lessons, our son improved leaps and bounds every single week. She is fun and smart and helpful, and she should be the benchmark that ALL teachers strive for. Cons: * The Group lessons don't really teach much beyond water comfortability. Instead of helping each child improve individually, the teachers just go through the motions in a systematic pattern each class. * The school shows little to no interest in caring about a child advancing; the school only seems to care that our check clears. We spent 1.5 years at the same Group level without ever advancing because the teachers weren't encouraged to push our child. See the note above re: going Private with Coach Ella. * The front desk staff is horribly unhelpful and very poorly trained. We've experienced multiple issues with bookings, billing, and scheduling when interacting with them. There should also be a "no cell phone" policy because half the time we need to speak with someone, the front desk staff members are texting / using their cell phones. * The showers and changing rooms are dirty and gross by the time we need to use them at 5:45 pm. Maybe instead of allowing 2-3 front desk staff to play on their cell phones all shift, there should be a rotation of light cleaning every 30/60 minutes. A little bit of care would go a long ways.
