Thank goodness for the honesty of these workers! They came promptly, found the leak very quickly, fixed the plugged drain and stopped the flood! We are so appreciative of their work. We were sure we had to have our floor jackhammered and thank goodness, they told us the truth. We were extremely pleased with the work. This is a great company with very honest hardworking employees! Thank goodness for them! They're coming back to do some other work for us! We are very pleased!

In addition to get it out dig up our perfectly nice basement floor. When I asked why would we pay if your camera broke. He said well let me see what my manger can offer off but we would need to do it any ways to jet it. He came back in and said 2,800 I said no way would we pay for something based on something that unfortunately happened by them. My husband then said well why not just cut the pipe coming out the floor and try to get from there. He said would come back next day to try that but didnt think would work. He advised not to use toilet or shower Did return next day and it did work. However now have leak in pipe above likely from shaking when sawing but my husband is going to fix himself. We did pay the 350.00 to view the line the day before. They tried to say our old pipe was the reason but funny a different company day before used a camera and a snake. We were just getting a second opinion snd wanted an estimate for an invisible line. Oh did I mention would have never got that that day as a separate crew has to come for that. The owner Brian was also not that nice and tried to blame on pipe but most people getting pipes viewed have older pipes so come on. Yes it may have been a fluke but the homeowner should not be responsible for that.

My mom and I hired Right Choice to add a sunroom to my mom's house. The job that was supposed to…read moretake a few weeks ending up taking several months to get finished. Before the job was done, my mom noticed an issue with the back door getting stuck. They had someone look at it twice and they kept saying nothing was wrong. Tom, the representative we were working with also got into a verbal altercation with one of my brothers before the job was finished because my brother questioned some of the work. The new room which Tom promised would be warm and cozy is leaky and wet because the roof was not done properly. Every time it rained, water was leaking in by the back door, which is why it kept sticking. My mom just had to hire a roofer to redo the job that is only a couple years old. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

As I was explaining what was needed he asked if I was the owner and I once again told him my title as the manager of this and 9 other properties. Tom became angry and was passionately expressing who is the owner? Who is going to be cutting me the check or paying me cash? unfortunately Tom stormed off without given an estimate. I don't know what challenges Tom was having that day, however his behavior was extremely unprofessional. I scheduled an estimate and his actions were deplorable. My boss tried calling him to see what happened and Tom said "hire some hillbillies to do your job". Hopefully this is just a one time occurrence with this gentleman. This is the first time trying to get an estimate with this company.

We contacted Ken, the owner because we needed re-grading, shrub removal, and lawn seeding around…read morethe perimeter of a newly poured concrete patio and walkway. We also needed some river rock placed in a tricky area between the house and the new walkway that had rock previously in that area which can not be seeded and maintained and we did not want the tedious job of removing the old rock. Ken responded quickly, set up a time to meet with us for an estimate, arrived as planned, assessed the area, listened to what we were looking for, and submitted a very reasonable estimate. Communication was excellent throughout the process. On the schedule we set up, he arrived as agreed, worked efficiently over the two days the job required. He was professional, pleasant, and left a clean neat work area behind. He was careful and accommodating in completing the work we requested. The area left behind by the patio contractor in April was a challenge to deal with even when the area had mostly dried by June and he dealt with it well. The rocky area was simply covered with new rounded river rock for a like new appearance. Ken was resourceful with the materials needed and had sufficient, suitable equipment for the job. We are happy with the end product. The very dry summer did not really do the grass seed justice as you can see in the photos. That will be an easy fix late this Fall and next Spring which we can easily take care of ourselves now that we are working with a nicely finished area. As a result of the work Ken did for us, a neighbor across the street also had him do some work for them. -
