What a terrible experience with this TPH!…read more I put in an order for hard cover books as gifts for dear friend's funeral. Hard cover, in particular, was a long-time and very special tradition for us. I was assured that there would be no issues for completion by the funeral date but a few days before completion date, I was told that they were too busy and could only give me soft cover books. There was no time to go to any other print shop so we had no choice but to go with these soft cover books. This was terribly embarrassing for us. I was assured via emails and phone call with the TPH manager, Adrian Williamson, that he would provide some sort of refund but afterwards, he decided not to. No surprise, TPH couldn't deliver on my original order and couldn't deliver on giving me any money back, despite several assurances. Stay away from this TPH! Don't believe what they say. Go anywhere else unless you want to risk major disappointment.

The prices are fair especially for the service, fast and friendly. Compare to Staples, I was much happier paying any extra $3 for the KPP Printing services. My cards were printed and cut on the spot. The prints look exactly as I wanted them. Would highly recommend and using this company for all my future print services ... well at the for my projects.

I had my business cards designed and printed with my photo taken with him as well and logo designed at the same time. I paid for all of the above. He did not send me the artwork via email for proofing the above until I had to go see him at the store and approved all of the art work. I have asked for the artwork via email several times and he refuses to send saying I have to give him more business but the artwork belongs to him. My experience with other printing businesses has never been such that once one pays for the artwork, it is the customer's property now. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS. VERY UNETHICAL AND FRAUDULENT.
