I had been seen and encouraged by other organizations therapists...to little avail. Adam and his co-workers really took the time to assess my issues. His approach covered so much more than I had experienced with other therapists. I mean, my back was bad, I was unable to function. So by taking that visit to assess and adjust my approach to movement, to the next visit, it seemed as though their techniques just nailed it! I did what they suggested, and adjusted my seating positions, both in my car and at home. I have learned to move differently and some of the best part is I feel empowered to trust myself and employ some "field first aid" when I have pain. THANK YOU ADAM KAYS . THANK YOU DR. STACIE HIROTA. The in-person and the at-home exercises were not too easy and not too hard. She was pleasant to talk to. She had a radio station on that played upbeat music, which helped when I was doing boring exercises. I definitely recommend her and, if she's representative of the rest of the staff, the rest of Select PT. Becky, the scheduler, was very pleasant and easy to work with.
