After the ease of setting up day, time, and place, deposit and contract were sent. Everything was done electronically, making it convenient. The day of the session went well despite a little wind making hair placement difficult. Other than that, she arrived on time and accommodated our change of location requests. My only complaint is that she didn't take as many candid or playful shots of the kids or family as I expected. I also felt like we didn't get as much direction as to how to pose. She did advise us in what order to stand. I would have maybe liked a few seated poses as well. Overall, she was friendly and professional. She even took some photos with my old polaroid camera per my request. The finished work arrived quickly via a link through email with direction on how to download and select favorites. The images are beautiful and the turn out with final editing was fast, approximately 2 to 3 days. I am pleased with how everything went and how it turned out. The booking experience was so easy! We had a quick phone consult and I was quickly out at ease that this session was going to be exactly what I was looking for. She follows very safe measures when handling your baby, practices great hygiene and cleanliness the entire session and wore a mask. I loved how prepared she was when we walked in with all the little baby sets set up based off what I described to her I wanted. I sent her Inspo photos and she did as many as she could and more. She is really pleasant to work with and gives you so much freedom to pick and choose from her large selection of swaddles, blankets and props. She even has gowns and outfits for moms and siblings to use for family photos! I loved how she had everything you would need for changing baby, postpartum needs and lots of snacks and drinks. Her patience with feedings during the session was great. It really helped us to achieve calm and beautiful photos and we never felt rushed.
