Brooke took her time, was thorough with the process of going through my information and what she was going to be doing. She answered all my questions and let me know what she was doing with each step while my eyes were closed. She made me feel very comfortable and with this experience I don't see me ever wanting to go "try out" any other lash techs as she was so phenomenal there would be no need to. Her studio was very clean, everything was wiped down as it should be and just overall a very professional and great experience.
