We have been frequenting D'Amore Interiors since they were located on the I-70 Frontage on the West side of Denver. I guess that must be close to two decades! The layouts they provided failed to meet this goal-and worse, placed the laundry room awkwardly in the home's center. None worked for me, but after paying nine thousand dollars upfront, I felt committed to salvaging value. When Home Depot delivered a design I actually liked, I asked them to at least honor the discounts promised at the start. They didn't; prices stayed inflated, even during their shopping day, which Alexis chalked up to showroom markup. Now that Home Depot has finalized my plan, I'm asking Kristina and Alexis to fulfill our original agreement-they're refusing, saying too much time's passed, though it had been under a year. And when I first reached out? They demanded more money for more time. Unprofessional.

I can be picky so I was worried about being indecisive and/or overwhelmed at making the correct design decisions. DDG narrowed down the choices for me perfectly, I made my decisions the same day as shopping (which never happens for me) and walked away very excited! From the initial meetings I was very impressed with the level of design detail and technology in presenting me with proposed design plans. Their ideas were spot on and the ability to show me renderings with measurements and flip to a 3D picture was so helpful! I also observed them make changes real time via their technology when either discussing changes with me or the contractor. This made the process go so smoothly because all parties involved were on the same page immediately. I also want to mention their personalities. Both of these ladies are so easy to contact and have a conversation with. It's nice when you know the people you are working with are always going to great you with a smile and positive attitude.
