She is very detail oriented and took extra time to ensure that our home was spotless. You get reminder texts when you schedule, when staff is on the way, and when the cleaning is complete. They do not list what services this applies however we assumed that sweeping, mopping, and dusting would be standard and a "deep clean" would involve more. We do have pets and wanted to make sure that we accounted for that. The person arrived and we left her on her own. Approximately 3.5 hours later we received a message that she had completed the work. We unfortunately paid before seeing the house and she left. Afterwards we went in to see that some rooms had not even been swept. None of the tables had been wiped down. Some of the windowsills had been wiped down but only a few. The kitchen was the most complete of the rooms and even there the large window had not been cleaned. This is the second time in my life I have hired a cleaning service so I am not incredibly familiar with the process but the previous time I paid half of this cost for a far more complete job. After I sent an internal review back to them I was contacted by the person who did the job who I have since learned is the owner and told that these were not items that had been specifically instructed and therefore were not done. She also attempted to tell me that she had been specifically instructed not to address certain items which was not the case.

My carpets were done within two hours, and they pretreated everything, some spots twice, and shampooed the problem areas twice as well. The carpets look and smell great! They were professional and worked seamlessly to get things done, their price was competitive, very reasonable, and they were quite focused on the job. I would absolutely recommend these folks for carpet cleaning and would hire them again without hesitation.

None of the "big companies" even responded but Natasha reached out almost immediately and was able to answer all of my questions in the same day. Not only did she offer great prices, she even offered steam cleaning on all the carpet (for a small/local business that is incredible). After I booked with Natasha, I was already going to be out of the house so I left the door unlocked and trusted her to get the job done. Not only did she get the job done, she also sent me pictures of everything she did. To top it all off, there was one very small thing that was missed (fan blades or something) SO SHE DROVE BACK THE NEXT DAY TO RECLEAN THEM. I had already paid her and she could have easily said no but she went back anyway. If that doesn't show a dedicated business then I don't know what will Natasha is loyal, hard working, and dedicated - I recommend Your Way Cleaning Services to anyone and everyone 10/10 5 Stars
