They serve their smoothies in styrofoam cups and unfortunately my straw completely went through the entire cup before even one sip. The entire smoothie was now on my lap and in the brisk beginnings of spring time, I can say that I was cold. With the sheer embarrassment of pink goop on my lap, I wasn't gonna walk in for a replacement. Instead I drove home with frozen, sticky laps until I could shower and clean out my car. So--all in all, beware of the styrofoam.

I again asserted that I didn't want to renew, he rounded up my order by $.02 for a donation of some sort (I'm guessing this is an internal, tracked metric). It's just two cents but obviously contributed to a negative experience. Employee then angrily told me my total. These guys need to learn the balance between increasing sales and creating customer loyalty. Won't be returning.
