My doctor called in my prescription on Thursday, they told me they will deliver it - no ETA, no message. I texted them saying can I pick up, they just sent me an FAQ document, then this idiot calls me on a closed day - asks me do you happen to have the container in your hand - I said no- what do you need- he says can you go it there is something important I need from the label - I go upstairs to look at it and he sarcastically says look at the yellow label - its says 2 -week refill - well looks like they dont tell this to the doctor who is calling in that the patient wont receive a prescription for 2 weeks after the doctor calls it in - so you take the business and you treat the customer like shit! Which pharmacist does this kind of stuff!! My simple text question was when can I get my prescription and/ or can I come pick it up and this is how I get treated I will be letting my clinic know about this experience and needless to say I will be moving to a new pharmacy
