Couldn't be happier with the service we got, from our initial visit to their showroom through the installation. I seemed to always come up with more questions through the process but Michael was patient and made sure we were happy with our decisions. On installation day, Dustin and Lawrence did a fantastic job, explaining what they were doing along the way, and I was completely comfortable with them. Shout out to Lawrence for noticing a flaw and then to Dustin for getting the piece replaced - they didn't have to do that but we really appreciated it. We will certainly recommend them to anyone we know looking for stone for their projects. I usually do not do these but after the 10th independent contractor comes in the house to do remodeling and I have them look at our granite and they say the same thing... "That is a poor job" or "whomever did this did an awful job" I have come to just settle with my granite and it stinks to have to do so. The owner was contacted and he really just dismissed me. The guys were at my neighbors and came over to fix the problems and felt comfortable leaving me with an uneven sink and a huge, noticeable seam. The owner never called to see if we were ok or satisfied, nothing! I can almost guarantee that he and his family have their granite on point in their home. Poor customer service. Wish I paid the extra couple grand to go with Canton Cuts that seem to be more thorough at showing the customer where imperfections are and being transparent where the seam will be and are great at matching colors of the granite so it flows on the countertops. It is what it is at this point! read more
