Guy on their warehouse phone line was super friendly (and American) as well as the guy I spoke to when calling to see if they could hold the shoes for me. Ended up a happy girl with a hip Voo shopping bag (their bags are the coolest) and a shoebox with my favorite new sneakers. Found also one of my favorite new perfumes there. They shipped via FedEx and they got here in time. Overkill Shop personnel were very good about promptly answering my email to check on the status of the order (in English, because unfortunately I speak no German).
