The Turkish business lounge did not have any rooms to take a nap in which brought me here...tired and sleepy. There was a long line and it moved super slow!! They were taking like 15 minutes per person which was frustrating. The front desk folks were nonchalant and did not show any urgency. I also kicked myself for not booking the room in advance and paying 50% less. The room was clean and better than I expected. Definitely better than sitting in the lounge for 6 hours.

I was expecting to settle for a hole in the wall but Yotel Landside was a breath of fresh air midst the Istanbul Airport action. Check in was simple and fast, room larger than I thought and very clean, bed very comfortable and I loved playing with the fun mood lights. Super convenient - especially if you have an early international flight that requires in person check in. Their restaurant Komyuniti was just okay with service lacking and pricing more US than Turkey. I'd highly recommend staying at Yotel Landside for a convenient comfortable airport stay!

My wife and I stayed here for a 20 hour layover. Everything was amazing! The service was great, I accidentally booked the land side Yotel, but the lady at the airside one was kind enough to transfer our room over. The rooms are extremely comfortable and full of all the amenities that you need! 10/10

The only available option before checkin right at the hotel; a bit pricey but decent. The restaurant has a very limited menu. The food feels precooked and heated. Buy hey its an airport.

Incredibly convenient as this hotel is located inside the terminal, so its perfect for overnight or long layovers. All you have to do is check out and walk to your gate. It was perfect for an overnight layover. Staff was extremely friendly. Room had everything I needed. I only give it 4 stars because the bed was not comfortable. But beats sleeping in an airport chair any day! You can also pay by the hour, which is great.

The facilities are amazing. It's a hotel that's ideal for quick layovers. Few comments though: 1. Whilst the rate is more expensive than the HotelAir by Eur 20, I didn't like the idea that there are misleading marketing from your advertisements. * The complimentary hot drinks are not available in the Landside * The hi-tech bed did not work 2. The grills of the air condition in room 3129 has molds! For a new hotel, this is unacceptable. 3.  We have placed a wake-up call at 6am But got the call at 630. No apologies. Luckily it is a tour that we are catching and not a flight. If not it would have been a disaster. Nevertheless, the stay was a short and sweet.

All of these sites are quite famous and usually take a long time to get in. But during November it is their low season so it was less busy than I have seen it before. Hotel Amira was also my first time staying at this boutique hotel which cost was quite reasonable. The only negative thing is maybe the stairs if you have heavy luggage you will need some assistance depending on which floor you get. We got the 7th room number which doesn't have an elevator to connect to that level. But besides that it was fine. The staff here is quite friendly and nice. If you have any questions just ask them and they will be able to help you out. The rooftop is closed though since it is cold but you can still go on top of it and take some photos of the view. It is fantastic to see the ocean on one side and also the mosque on the other. For a boutique hotel, the location, area, and being able to walk around at all the most famous places in Istanbul is quite nice!

As a Spire Ambassador who booked a Deluxe room I received a much appreciated club room upgrade. * The club lounge is great; although you have to specially ask for alcohol there - it's not sitting out like it is in some other lounges - there is plenty available, and the food offerings in the evening are basically dinner. Club access includes breakfast downstairs in the lobby, which has another great buffet plus ready-made omelettes. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Our flight was…read moredelayed by 5 1/2 hours, and after waiting for our luggage and driving about 40 minutes from IST Airport, we finally arrived at the hotel after 10:00 PM. Although it's a bit of a drive from the airport, we love staying at InterContinental properties, so we decided to give this one a try. I really appreciated that the hotel recognized our IHG Platinum Elite status and upgraded our room. The suite was spacious, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, which was exactly what we needed after such a long day. The disappointment was the check-in process. Despite arriving late in the evening, it took about 20 minutes to check in. After an exhausting day of travel, a quick and efficient check-in would have been greatly appreciated. Another issue was the bathtub. I wanted to take a relaxing bath, but after closing the drain and turning on the faucet, there was barely any water in the tub even after 15 minutes. I'm not sure if the drain plug wasn't sealing properly or if it was simply due to the very weak water pressure from the bathtub faucet. Either way, I ended up taking a shower instead. I also requested a bathrobe. While it was clean, it was noticeably worn and had holes near the pockets, which wasn't what I expected from an InterContinental hotel. On a positive note, the lobby is beautiful, and the hotel overall has an elegant atmosphere. However, it does feel like an older property in some areas and could benefit from some updates and closer attention to details. Checkout the next morning at 8:00 AM was fast and efficient ~ they simply asked whether we had used the minibar, and we were on our way. We had a comfortable stay with excellent recognition of elite status and a great night's sleep. With a smoother check-in experience and a few maintenance and housekeeping improvements, this hotel could easily earn 5 stars.
