I had a garage built by Dencroft in June 2020. It has been constantly damp, and despite my having…read morephotographic and video evidence of the ingress of water, they are trying to deny any responsibility. In May this year I discovered some of my expensive equipment FULL of water, but Dencroft have tried to dismiss this as condensation! I asked for a dry building for storage of equipment (tools of my trade). I did not get a dry building and I have now lost well over £1000 in ruined equipment and materials. The company owner visited (eventually!) and was dismissive to the point of rudeness. Absolutely appalling attitude. I am now considering legal proceedings in order to get the building faults corrected and compensation for my losses. I am also posting a video of my experience on YouTube.

They appreciated that I was scrutinising every aspect and wanted evidence before, during and after. I could not fault their work ethics. They let me test that all was in order by waiting for it to rain BEFORE coming for their money. They were that confident of their works. Would recommend them 100%

DO NOT ever deal with this company, Totally incompetent. I thought buying a kitchen from a local…read morecompany would be an enjoyable experience. Was i so wrong. The alarm bells should have wrung when they gave us a couple of telephone numbers for builders and electricians neither of them were any use.They said it would take 6 weeks for the kitchen to be delivered. Kitchen came with doors missing handles missing, Upstands missing and cornice missing. No plinth seal. There were 2 doors missing from the utility cupboard still waiting for them 3 weeks later. This company does also not supply you with a detailed list of what is supplied, If anything is then missing they then blame you. If like us you are a hard working family and have a limited budget. DO NOT touch this comany with a barge pole, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED... I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THIS COMPANY A BIG FAT ZERO BUT COULD NOT.
