There is a young blonde man who comes and he never leaves the job completed correctly. He left once saying 'should be good now' an hour later the air was still not cool. It was fine because he came back and fixed his mistake free of charge, of course I wouldn't have paid regardless. He came to my place because my Google nest was showing 2+ hour heat times. He spent his time on the phone with customer service and didn't fix the 2 hour notice but basically just blamed Nest for being a bad product. Now summer is here and my a/c doesn't work. When using the company this time I will see if I can get a tech who may be a little more experienced and will update the post!

Kelly came out to assess the issue and was incredibly helpful, explaining everything and offering advice to prevent potential future issues. He fixed the issue for about $125, saving us thousands, and the HVAC has been running smoothly with no issues for the past two months. Kelly was genuine in wanting to assist us and an honest worker. Before potentially rushing to conclusions, I highly recommend waiting and getting an opinion by Crawford's. They truly care and their priority is fixing the issue at hand to help clients, and not just to maximize their profit.

A PLUMBER came out 1 time and fixed our problem after having these useless thiefs come out 3 times in 1 month after having them come out about 3x a season. Not friendly at all, like its our fault these things break. Last winter had to spring for space heaters because he never fixed our issue! Do NOT hire these scammers, they obviously only temporarily fix the problem so they can keep getting paid. NOT only that but if you have a leak or a overflow they won't clean anything up. They will straight up leave you to your mess and still charge!
