Got an estimate. Called to make the appointment. Gave him the earliest date that I could drop it…read moreoff. Chris said he would work with me to get it in and to call back on a certain date. So I called on the date he said and Got that he will be out of town the week I said I was able to drop off car. While at estimate appointment, Chris said they are Good Ole Boys. Well he is so far from a Good Ole Boy. My experience, Good Ole Boys dont give potential customers the run around, or lie to them. Good Ole Boys wouldn't ghost a potential customer. Good Ole Boys would tell potential customer if they can repair said car. Hopefully Karma pays lots of visits to the business and to Chris personally. Maybe I will start practicing witchcraft and do a curse.

Took a Tacoma there for repair of the chassis. We were pleased to find the shop and were ready to…read morerecommend it to some friends who also have old Tacomas with rusting chassis. At first, there was no problem, but when a question of how to pay came up at the end of the job, the owner hung up on us. We don't know why, but he definitely did hang up on us intentionally. The conversation hadn't been acrimonious, but we assume that he was unhappy that we preferred by pay by credit card. Strange. Later, we spoke with his wife. We worked things out and made the final payment for the job by check. We then noticed that the odometer had been reset and that there was a CD in the player. It appeared that someone might have been driving the truck while it was there. When we called the owner to ask, he immediately became angry, called us names and ordered us to get off the property or he would call the police. Definitely do not use this outfit. In our opinion, the owner is immature, has anger issues and might just well be dishonest too. Also, the owner tends not to be present at the site. His poor employee has to double in the front office for him.
