The drinks are served in nice china cups, and the food is basic but very pleasant, and not over priced like so many of the generic coffee shops these days. They were happy to install a liner for the chimney and take our money despite knowing there were inherent problems with the chimney itself. The liner was not properly fixed and there were too many tight bends in the flue which meant the stove filled the room with smoke whenever the door was opened to add fuel. HETAS have advised us not to use Three Counties Stoves to make good their work.
