I visited Darren's shop for an oil change (2013 X3) and wanted his opinion if my brake pads and…read morerotors should be changed, because when I went to a dealership last year, they recommended me to change the pads and the rotors. During my visit, Darren was very approachable and answered all my questions regarding my vehicle. In addition, after the oil change, he also told me that my brake pads and rotors are alright and immediate change is not needed. He also showed me how to see the pads and rotors condition, so I know when approximately to do a pad change when the time comes. All in all, it is a very pleasant visit, and I would not hesitate to come back to his shop for future visits. Plus: there is also wifi connection at the guest area if needed.

The most expensive garage I've been to in Ontario. I honestly feel ripped off. $227.98 for a tire…read moremounting and balancing was apparently too much. I made a decision to go to Gerry's in haste and it affected me greatly. I've had tire mounting and balancing done in Barrie, London, Scarborough and Pickering, no one has charged me more than $100 but this morning I spent way too much. I made the mistake of not asking the lady how much would they charge and she didn't bother to give me an estimate either. Gerry's is definitely not pocket friendly. So, if you ever think, "I'll go to the mechanic down the street it'll be alright" - NO! it'll not be alright! I did consult with my friends and colleagues, the maximum anyone of then has paid for tire mounting and balancing in Vaughan is $140 I'm definitely never going back to Gerry's that's for sure, I don't enjoy being ripped off.

I drove by it the other day and remembered the one transaction that took place here... A company came by selling coupon books for oil changes at this location and it worked out to be a discount on volume or something like that. I work two blocks away so I said why not? I go get an oil change, and when I pick up the car, they say that there is something catastrophically wrong with my suspension and that I need 2000 bucks in parts to fix it. I look at the guy shocked... My mind was blown, so I thought about it and said NO. Instead I paid 80 bucks to Nissan One block north of the dealer, and asked to have my suspension looked at. Nissan- "Sir we've looked at your suspension, Its completely Tight and solid, we cant find anything that would need fixing" NOT EVEN THE DEALER TRIED TO RIP ME OFF. Avoid these guys at all costs..

I met with the first associate, who handed me off to a second associate for the test drive. While I was literally behind the wheel of the car, the original associate sold the vehicle over the phone to a "sight-unseen" buyer. To add insult to injury, I have strong reason to believe this was a "backdoor" deal to a personal contact for the purpose of resale, rather than a legitimate retail sale to a customer who was physically present. This dealership prioritized a "friend" or reseller over a customer with a confirmed appointment who was actively evaluating the car.
