I have been coming here for almost 15 years and have had a fantastic experience but this last one was horrendous. Normally the service is above average and very attentive but this last time it took nearly 35 minutes to get a drink and they failed to return with a second order that we placed. I tried to look for waiters/waitresses and they literally ignored me and acted like they didn't hear me. Scape from reality! This Spa/ resort is in the middle of nowhere. It offers massages, temazcal, and over night stay. Temazcal is basically a sauna Mexican ancestors use to relax and treat the skin. It consist of a small room with hot stones. They provide you with a bucket full of tea made of herbs. You poor the liquid as you wish. The Temazcal lasts 1.5 hrs! The location of the spa makes it special. It is very quiet and has a nice view. staff is very friendly and professional. The spa is located 1.5hrs from Aguascalientes. Prices are very reasonable. I really liked the package that includes full body exfoliation, Temazcal, full body clay application, and massage. This whole package takes 5 hours! I really recommend this place.
