A treasure at every turn! Proceeds from sales in the store assist low-income families in Rutherford County during crisis situations with critical needs.
History
Established in 1967.
Yokefellow Service Center was established by a a group of churches in Rutherford County, NC joining together to assist with the needs of low-income Rutherford County residents in crisis. The support of churches, business, individuals, and in particular, sales from the Yokefellow Thrift Store are used to assist families with basic needs including food, clothing, household items, rent, utilities, medications and other special programs as available. Assistance is provide based on income and circumstances for each individual. Be a part of our "Get a Bargain - Be a Blessing" motto and our mission to share the burden of those in need of a helping hand.
