I regularly attend their yoga and meditation classes and it really is changing my life! Lol. All of the teachers I've worked with have been great - they each have their own style of teaching, obviously, but I've never been to a class that I didn't enjoy. The same people tend to come back to classes, so there is a great sense of community. Also, they have an app that you can use to buy passes and book classes, which makes it super easy. They also organise yoga retreats...I'll be going with them to Zambia in a few months and can't wait!! Why haven't you signed up for a class yet?!

I began with the 1 month unlimited classes for £45 intro offer and enjoyed the classes so much that I committed to the unlimited membership package. I go to the studio 2-3 times per week and I love it! The studio is very new and is always super clean, whilst the staff are really friendly and welcoming. The studio has a state of the art heating/ ventilation system so it is never stifling hot. There are multiple classes per day- during peak times the classes do get busy but I've never experienced a class being completely full. It is a 5 minute walk from Clapham Junction station and so is really accessible. As a PhD student I really like that there is a student rate offered at this studio.

This is an update regarding the shower. I think the showers need an inspection or maintenance. It…read morehas a twin shower valve, there is no indication of which is what. But we figured the top valve is the on/off and the bottom is the hot/cold. However, the hot/cold valve has no indication on which side is hot and which is cold. Most of them (maybe after certain years) can be turned 360 degree. There was a time I was going to take a shower, no hot water, no matter which side I turned, just no hot water. Then I went to the other one. The temperature went super high within seconds, luckily I managed to "escape". The shower room was covered it white smoke and I had to try to turn it off without burning myself. I notice the other studios have similar issue, and I hope they will pay more attention to their facilities.
