I had tried everything; massage, chinese cupping, chiropractor, acupuncture, myofascial release, herbs, dietary changes, western medicine and still was suffering everyday. I scheduled a private consult with Robyn and in our very first session, not only was I was completely relieved of pain, she was able to restore range of motion in my neck and best of all, she taught me how to maintain my pain free status with exercises I could do at home. After a couple more 1:1 visits I was able to start exercising again so naturally I began attending yoga classes at Inner Freedom Yoga. I enjoy both of these instructors very much. Robyn is tender, her approach is restorative and and I can transition into poses with ease. Patrick's Tuesday night class has definitely pushed me out of my comfort zones for growth, and he is very sweet and supportive. I would recommend anyone to this wonderful space and take advantage of the great teachers and programs our community has to offer. The center offers mats, blankets, blocks and straps for anyone who doesn't have equipment. Music usually is lightly playing while the class is going, which I enjoy.
