I have had one 60 minute session with her so far and loved it! It's a unique combo of massage, trigger point work, active release, deep stretching, and mindful breathing. Nobody is here to pretend to lift and look at girls all rapey-faced. It's just a bunch of military intel-bros and a couple chicks trying to get their fitness on. There are no frills here. If you want tanning or massage, look elsewhere. It's a military gym, for Christ's sake. Don't drink the water.
