I took her class and found it difficult the first time, but she takes the time to explain the movements and helps you get the maximum stretches & benefit out of the class. Gradually it's been getting easier. Fantastic place to exercise yoga.. First off, you are given a key to lock your belongings in a locker. There is a shower and sauna in the ladies locker room where you can continue to detoxify and refresh yourself after the class. Classes are in both German as well as English.. but call in advance to find dates and times. My first time I was in agonizing pain for days after the class.. Now it is refreshing. :) I truly enjoy the learning experience ~ that is practicing Yoga in German. They do sell yoga pants and tops in the event you don't bring adequate clothing.. And the cost is 3 classes for 35 euros to start..

The yoga instructor was great and I really enjoyed my yoga session. Location really convenient and close to me. Easy to find. Front desk staff was friendly. Just one negative thing I dislike about a lot of places in Germany.. They don't take damn credit cards. Or some only want you to use EC karte. cmon Frankfurt it's 2015 not 1960s, let people use any type of cards! I don't always carry cash on me and I just moved here from Chicago so a lot of my cards are from the state. Change it up, it would definitely help. Overall, good experience.
