Group Ashtanga and Power Vinyasa yoga classes are also available in beginner and advanced levels. Classes available in English and/or German. The studio is bright, warm and welcoming. Laura and Laurie are both knowledgeable owner/teachers who cater instruction to your specific needs. Its a relaxed studio. There are quite a few clients but you feel like you're the only one.
