The teacher was very experienced, and the instruction was excellent. Since this was an advanced class, there were fewer students, which allowed me to receive plenty of adjustments. I felt great afterwards. The classroom is on the top floor of the building--open-air, but with a roof--so it feels like beach yoga with a shelter. The staff is truly amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure every guest feels welcomed, comfortable, and happy. The rooms are beautiful, and most have incredible views that make the experience even more special. The food is outstanding, and honestly, there is no reason to ever leave the resort because everything you need is right there. The atmosphere is peaceful, relaxing, and paradise-like. We also celebrated my husband's party here with friends, and the resort did an amazing job. From the delicious food to the beautifully decorated tables, every detail was handled perfectly. It exceeded all of our expectations, and I truly could not have asked for anything more. We can't wait to come back again!

This is more of a rual and rugged resort not a five star hotel. The rooms are open air with a mosquito net around the bed. The beds are confortable and the views of the ocean from the room I had was amazing. I went with a group so did two pilates classes a day, I think they offer one yoga class per day for those not with a group running their own classes. The outings offered are fun. Hikes guided by someone that has a ton of local knowledge, Visits to local towns, whale watching, and bird watching. Take advantage of these! The resort is only accessable by boat make sure to bring everything you need. It is nice being at such a quiet and relaxing place. They've upgraded their wi-fi so there is wi-fi avaliable everywhere in the resort. I didn't do much on my phone but the internet was fast and seemed reliable.

I…read moreactually felt bad for them because they have to work at this dirty, dated, and delipidated gym. I don't think the owner or owners have invested any money in upkeep or maintenance. Several of the cardio machines are not working or not working correctly. Other gym equipment, like weight benches, had torn cushions and probably should've been thrown out long ago. The bathroom was especially frightening. I didn't even feel comfortable using the one toilet in the men's room, it smelt horrible and was very, very dirty. The sink looked like it was falling. Too bad because the gym is in a great location with a great view from the third floor. The owner needs to invest in his business or customers, like me, won't be coming back,
