This is an awesome gym in the center of Lisbon! The…read morefacility is massive - they have all the equipment you are looking for, plus a sauna and a pool! The gym is spotless and cleaners are always working. The other bonus is that they have reasonable day and weekly passes, which is invaluable as a tourist. The pass includes towels and a lock if you need it. I've gone in the mornings between 8-10am, and although it's fairest busy, I wasn't waiting on any equipment. The staff are lovely, and and the gym has a warm vibe. Perhaps the only downside is that there is no air con, so prepare to sweat, and bring a water bottle.
