Front desk wasn't super inviting and they didn't accept apple pay which was a little shocking considering we're in 2026 but luckily I somehow had grippy socks in my car. The 30 minute session was a great representation of the reformer classes which was intimidating for an out of shape newbie but also exciting because the instructor was friendly and helpful. Major turn off when they pitched the membership options and theres a 3month minimum commitment with no "pass pack" (5 or 10 class punch card) options. Upon their follow up call they mentioned how they just started offering a class pack option of 5 classes that have to be used within 45 days or 10 classes to be used in 60 or 90 days? I cant remember. I may try them out again in the future once I build up my fitness level.

I won a free month here in an auction and loved the classes. The club is very responsive and clear…read moreregarding expectations. The first 30-min intro class is free and very informative. I had attended a Pilates course in the past so I was familiar with the reformers. The intro class didn't cover all the equipment. It did address most of it and the rest you can pick up fairly easily in the beginner (level 1) classes. I enjoyed each of the classes I attended. They all consisted of numerous easily modifiable exercises utilizing the reformers and various other equipment (spring chair, floor mat, discs, ball, block, spring board, etc). The instructors were fun, enthusiastic, and attentive. They consistently walked around clearly giving instructions and correcting technique as needed. Each class they request that you inform them as needed if you do not want them to touch you when/if they correct your technique. Club Pilates is the place to go if you don't like repetition and prefer keeping your workouts interesting. The 50 minute classes flew by. It's hard to pick a favorite but if I did, I'd pick the Monday 6 am classes. The classes are pricy, which is understandable given the amount of equipment used and the limited number of spots. The club uses an app for scheduling. It is very easy to schedule, however, you are limited to scheduling 15 classes at once. Plus many of the classes within 2-3 weeks are waitlisted. I got into most of the classes I booked, but I would get frustrated if I was paying per month and not able to book/cancel as desired. There is a cancellation fee, which is reasonable again due to the limited spots available, but challenging if your schedule is unpredictable. Cubbies for personal items and a large single stall bathroom are available. The bathroom is in the back so you do need to walk through the studio to reach it. Overall, I would like to continue, but it is a far drive and out of my current price range. I highly recommend it to others if the location and cost work for you!

The studio offers a range of classes throughout the week with varying times, room temperature, equipment, and difficulty level. Bradley's is definitely popular, especially the heated classes which I did not prefer. I tried out a variety of classes included heated and non-heated yoga, aerial yoga, and virtual classes. The morning classes and non-heated yoga were my favorite. The aerial class was exciting and led well. Each of the classes I wanted to try had open spaces and ample equipment was provided. They have a water fountain and bathroom. I do wish they listed the equipment needed/recommended for each class so that I could be more prepared (especially for the virtual classes). The virtual classes are convenient, however, I did not realize I was the only virtual attendee for most of them and sometimes they weren't initiated. Overall, I greatly enjoyed the classes here and would return more often if it was closer to my house/work. If you are in the area, I definitely recommend checking it out!

Surgery was an option that all of my holistic friends felt was a bad decision, with risks and possible complications besides more time away from work and still more healing. But who could show me the other way? My personal doctor connected me with his physical therapist, who worked closely with Frank to help other people in my situation, and so I looked forward to working through my fears and pain, with Frank. WITHOUT SURGERY, I am stronger and more confident than I was before the injury 24 months ago, and now healthier at the age of 55. A weight routine does not concern me, nor my cardiologist and internist because we all know that Frank is monitoring what I do, in a way that gives me the most benefit, with the least risk of further injury. Each time I go home feeling good, not in pain for the next few days, and I still make significant progress, even more than my friends that do not work out with a trainer, but work out more often. He's my guide, coach, support, and now my friend. I could not do this without him, and that's why I recommend him to all of my friends, and especially other dentists, before they are injured. I recommend prevention over repair, and with Frank, the healing is even better than the health I had before the repair was needed. Either way, go and see what he can do for you. He is skilled in a wide range of techniques and goes way beyond the generic massages you will find from some people. He is the ultimate professional and really takes his time to ensure a positive experience. After ramping up my workouts I started experiencing a strange pain that went to my primary care physician for. After a CT and two ultrasounds (and lots of $$ later) I had no answers. In casual conversation I mentioned my ailment (and frustration) to Geoff. To my surprise, he had a suggestion to get me out of pain AND it worked! His ability to listen combined with his skills makes my massages as important (if not more) as regular doctor visits.
