I'd say it fits 10-12 people. It was a hot day but plenty of fans blowing. Our instructors provided good instructions and even dusted some incense at the end of class. Great way to start the day. They have beach yoga too but ours was rained out the following day. Maybe next time!

Jordan was absolutely amazing! She did a chair yoga class that was energetic and engaging. Jordan was able to pivot and plan a challenging, therapeutic class for my mom which was also somewhat of a workout for me. Breathing, balance and targeting specific areas of our bodies seems easy but difficult at the same time! I was so proud of my mom for participating and thankful to Jordan for her smiles and positive energy. Her encouraging, steady voice was amazing. I am so thankful that we had this experience and she gave my mom an early birthday gift! Belief in herself and renewed strength!

However, if you drive, as I did from Stone Harbor, there is parking to pay for which was about $7.50 for two hours--longer than you need for the session but that was the option on ParkMobile. Give yourself plenty time to get to the beachfront. But once you settle in and follow their encouraging prompts, it is glorious to be there facing the ocean and watch the dolphins skim along behind the breakers. Highly recommend!

All the equipment you'll need, tons of plate loaded Hammer Strength equipment, plates, and dumbbells well past 100# Great vibe consisting of regulars and drop ins on the weekends. Not including July 4th weekend, I haven't seen it too crowded.
