If you love Yoga and you love the heat, then you will love Bikram Yoga!…read more The studio is located in the Chartrons, close to a tram stop, easily accessible. It's big, clean, modern, and nice. The yoga room is big (necessary considering it does get pretty hot in there!) and even if the classes are popular, there is still room for all. The changing rooms are also nice, there is a shower and hair dryers at disposal if you need to dry your hair before leaving. And now to the most important part: the team! The instructors are awesome, very knowledgeable, and helpful. It was my first time (doing yoga) and the instructor helped me with my moves. The sessions are 90 minutes long, and you feel totally relaxed (even though you have worked very hard!) after the class. It's an excellent work out in an excellent environment!
