It's not the most obvious spot to find given it's located in a strip mall, but look hard and ye shall be rewarded! It's in the same parking lot as fiesta food, which ultimately served as our guiding light! Upon entering, it's like walking into a box of crayons where ice cream is serves! The colors are vibrant and just plain fun. It's hard to be upset when you're going to get ice cream, it's even harder not to love it when everything is so brightly colored! The offerings here are plentiful and pretty amazing. There's probably 50 types of Popsicles that were either water or cream-based. They ranged from familiar to super exotic, to downright unique - to the point that no one knew what they tasted like. For a couple of the flavors they simply said they'd heard they were good and that they were based on fruits from Mexico. I appreciate the honesty and the fact that they've got enough options that few have tried them all! Some other folks here ordered some of the fruit concoctions and they looked amazing! Turns out they don't accommodate for nut allergies, we asked about the spilled nuts into other containers. She didn't offer to get new toppings but said she would forward in our feedback. We called the next day to speak with the owner and she was unavailable. The Owner took 2 weeks to call back and was snarky, she decided to tell my sister in law that "maybe she should find a new place to eat if allergies were an issue!" My sister told her how unprofessional that was and how serious a nut allergy can be. The owner said she would look into what they can do for allergies, NOTHING has been done. Supposedly retraining was going to take place. It's still the same. Was back this weekend. It's pretty sad that she made my niece feel like she was a martian for having an allergy. Businesses everywhere have been more than happy to accommodate, we will take our money elsewhere! If you have a nut allergy just know cross contamination happens daily here.

It's effectively a food truck that serves ice cream and what a job she does! It's $6 for a serving - a bit steep but worth it for the quality of what you get - and can be either a bowl of it or as an ice cream sandwich. Serving sizes are solid too. We sampled elk tracks, chocolate, and The Bron - named after the brewery we were hanging at. All were exceptionally well done and left little to be desired! I brought it to her attention, and she didn't want to adjust it. She was so rude and dismissive. Honestly, I have never been treated so condescending by anyone in customer service. She accused me of having an attitude. I asked for a way to contact the manager, and she refused me access and made a snide comment and walked to the back. I noticed when I went in, that she was put off by another customer. It saddens me to know that I have no access to a supervisor so he or she can be made aware of the employee that represents the store.
