Super professional and knowledgeable in all low voltage electrical like smart home connections and syncing everything up with Alexa, making my home wifi super fast! I am so happy I came across Wire Ninjas on Yelp. José just seems like a cool human. We did a lot in my new construction home. Connected and mounted a bunch of new tvs included a Samsung Frame above my fireplace. It's an involved process. Definitely leave it to the professionals. Sped up my wifi, no longer needing the crappy Verizon equipment. Set up exterior Ring flood light cameras, helped me set up my Ring doorbell and Smart lock. Now we are working on putting dimmers almost everywhere with smart switches that connect with Alexa. Total game changer! Excellent service and professionalism. I felt comfortable and trusted them to do their thing while I ran some errands and picked up my kids from school. Call Wire Ninjas! Upgrade your home. It's a worthy investment you won't regret. Very fair pricing.

I found this business on google reviews and Yelp, seeing a bunch of 5 star ratings. Because a lot of services don't have many available reviews for comparison, they were my best bet despite uncertainty. I'm very satisfied with their service, they worked quickly and efficiently, and were able to set up ethernet at a fair price.

Professional Audio Consultants - B&W 800 Diamond Series speakers on display in the main showroom at PAC.

AVOID PAC AT ALL COSTS…read more If you are in the market for a high end audio or home theatre system, or perhaps a seamless wireless internet system, you should seek out a business specializing in these services. You should expect to pay more for the components than at Best Buy or PC Richards, because the selection of the components, the expertise in designing the system, and the overall service pre and post the sale are part of what you are purchasing. But what if you do not get good service, such as being double billed for installation when the component recommended did not meet the proposed purpose? Or if you are billed for service provided and the system is less functional than when the person arrived? Or if you are told to solve the problem yourself through a website, which requires speaking with that company's technical expert, purchasing components you must assemble and install on your own, but the home theatre business decides to sell you those components at MSRP plus shipping, even though they expended no time and left you to solve the problem alone? Or if the head of the service department is nasty and totally lacks any interpersonal skills and is unwilling to accept any responsibility for any issues that are not satisfactory to the customer and will not even grant the slightest credit? I would say that you should avoid that business at all costs and find one that is committed to its customers and provides the services promised as outlined above. This was my experience at PAC and why I would never use them again. It is also probably why I never received the survey mentioned on their website, which I doubt if they ever received back would take it seriously. PAC Client Satisfaction Every project is followed by a survey mailed to the client with a postage paid reply addressed to the owner of PAC Ralph Tarnofsky. I never got this survey and when I did provide feedback, I got the cold shoulder and no satisfaction. Instead, I received contempt and no consideration.

This place really provides lack luster service with premium pricing. 8 or 9 years ago we wanted a…read morepremium television setup in our home in short hills. Having used PAC in the past for installation and wiring we consulted with them about potential ideas for a tricky space. After working with the Richard the salesperson we settled on a variety of components for our system. Once installed for approximately $15k we were pleased with the sound and picture (which PAC has little to do with) but the user experience of the setup was awful. The bracket they chose was a pain in the ass to move and required serious muscle. Fast forward to two years ago and we downsized to an apartment in Summit and called to have them reassemble the system. None of the components were changed. Not a single element of the system except excluding the rear surround speakers differed from their system setup in short hills. Yet for some reason the tech needed to reprogram the $1500 universal remote for literally two hours. This of course gets billed to us. The kicker is that it doesn't work well at all. The remote rarely turns on all the components and the system continues to be a pain in the ass. Picture and sound are good but the "parts that don't come in a box" (their tag line) are not good. You're better off spending half as much on a system that has been dialed in by the manufacturer. Finished systems from these guys make designy stuff from B&O or even Samsung look like a steal once you're paying $3k in cables for a tv and another $3k for labor. We've communicated all of this to them over the years from initial dissatisfaction with the setup to our frustration with the relocating across town. Not sure they know what to do so they just move on to selling the next schmuck on a $75k setup. My two cents, do your homework before committing to a job from these guys.
