Sunday lunch is terrific and great value for money, thanks to Terry [Chef]. If you're lucky enough to get a table in the window the view is amazing. The staff in the bar are very helpful and friendly. Always wise to pre book.

Over the years they've managed to…read moreput on some absolutely amazing acts, either at the start of their careers (Iron and Wine, Sufjan Stevens, Joanna Newsom, The Decembrists), or more mature artists who rarely tour but when they do venture out want to appear before their fans in a small, intimate venue with immaculate sound (J D Souther, Buddy Miller) and comfortable surroundings. Nice, friendly, helpful people, all ages welcome and reasonably priced drinks as well. Utterly fantastic.
